I agree with you! For quite some time now, I base my decision (if I should visit or not a certain place) on others reviews and experiences that they shared in Google Maps and it's really useful.

Since you are a newcomer, allow me to share some information you may find helpful in making your experience here on Connect much more enjoyable and easier to navigate:

• It is very important to get familiar with the Local Guides rules and our Community policy
• The Help Desk board can give you lots on information if you cannot find the answers of your questions in the other boards
• Check the "Please read: Posting in" each board: General Discussion, Travel and Advice, Let's Meet-Up, Photos and Discoveries and Photography
• Google Translate is enabled across the platform, so feel free to communicate in the language you feel most comfortable
• Share a bit about yourself into our introduction thread
• Please read Tips: Using Local Guides Connect for better understanding on the use of the community forum and to make the best use of your time here
