What is the procedure of Level and Kudoed Incresed and what is the Benefits??

First of all let's understand what is/are Kudo(s) - You can receive and give Kudo(s) 

Giving Kudos means you are appreciation towards others content and them.

Receiving Kudos means others appreciation towards you and your content.
