Hope all of you are doing fine. Today I am going to share some colorful pictures during the first day of spring ( বসন্ত ) we call this day " Pohela Falgun " . As you all know, Bangladesh is a country of six different seasons and spring is known as the king of all these seasons because all the flowers blossom during this period, cuckoo keeps on singing all the time. Bangladesh is a nation of celebrating lot of festivals, so we always try to do something very special in order to celebrate this colorful season. Lots of program along with the cultural segment had been arranged in different places. Mostly in Dhaka University campus area. Girls and boys wear Shari and Panjabi (traditional wear of Bangladeshis). As a Bangladeshi girl it’s a bit difficult to arrange everything in order to celebrate this eve. But come on, I am #LocalGuide, and nothing can stop me. So I went out of my home wearing the traditional Shari to look around the people and tried to capture them via my phone. I along with my friends decorated our rooftop in the afternoon, we made different sweets, cake to celebrate this wonderful occasion.
