Exchanging USD to Baht

We are traveling to Thailand in a few weeks.   We are looking into exchanging US dollars into Baht. 

Is it better to exchange it here in the US or wait until we get there? 

Our bank is charging a $10 delivery fee. 

Do banks or the airport exchange places, charge to convert USD to Baht?

Have not done this in a while and never been to Thailand.

Thailand, how exciting, be sure to share pictures! I am considering visiting as well. @TinaCasePhoto recently visited. Do you have any tips?
