actually where you want to share photos ?

is it on Google maps or here on local guide connect?

If you want to share photos here go to  first page of connect then go to Start a discussion (top of the right side your screen)

click on that that wright sub 

choose category Photography or Photos and discoveries

then find the option photo othe tool bar select upload and share
