Hi @Jaydaniel
Thank you reply!
As Japanese cherry blossoms are related to faith, they are specially protected.

Magical world ”Haratani garden” in Kyoto
If you visit only one place in Kyoto, I will definitely recommend the ”Haratani garden”.
You will feel as if you are in the virtual world.
The sky is hidden with cherry blossoms.
You are swallowed by it.
Haratani garden are weeping cherry blossoms.
So it gets enveloped.
Actually it is a private garden.
About 60 years ago, it was a barren land that grew up as a garbage dumpster and did not grow up.
The owner wanted to plant the farm. However, only the cherry blossoms grew.
Exactly "Good comes out of evil"
The owner's house is now a cafe.
You can see the hanami enjoying Japanese tea and sweets.
You will experience "Japan"
Also you can enjoy Japanese food in the pavilion.
This is "Hanami dango". It is a sweet dumpling from the top, pink, white, green.
Toilets are also Japanese style. Somewhat difficult for foreigners.
Taiwanese and Koreans prefer wedding photography.
Many tourists say they "want to stay long"
Well, Haratani garden is inconvenient for transportation.
It is convenient to use a free shuttle bus leaving the entrance of "Wara Tenjin" or to use a taxi from "Kinkakuji"
Unfortunately it does not correspond to barrier free.
I want to say it again you should visit here!

@YasumiKikuchi, thank you soo much for taking the time uploading all these wonderful cherry blossom photos. Why was the season so short? Climate change issues?
You should also include your Google Maps links of these places (or create a Google Maps List of all these places so if anyone wants to visit Tokyo and Kyoto, they will know where to go and visit and see the delicate beauty themselves.
Cheers,
Karen

Hi @KarenVChin
Thank you for the advice!
Cherry blossoms wake up as soon as winter is cold.
This winter in Japan is very cold and spring was very warm, caused by the shortest in history.
I am correcting the post link, and I also link here!
