What street food is famous in your country?

We call it "Isaw" , one of the very famous street foods here in the Philippines. These are chicken's intestines, cleansed and washed thoroughly. It's cook either grilled or fried, and dip it with spicy sauce or tasty ketchup.

This is called "kwek-kwek", a hard boiled egg of chicken or quails covered with orange batter then fried. It's best eaten dipped in vinegar.

Heres what we enjoy in New Zealand! This  is called a whitebait fritter, and its made of tiny little fish that are caught in icy cold rivers  with small nets. The fish is sweet and tender and best eaten whole, head and all. The little fish are cooked quickly in an egg batter and then served on bread with lashings of butter.

In Nigeria we have different street food one of the most popular food is called Akara and bread or beans and bread then other local food follows....

Konnyaku is a traditional Japanese jelly-like health food made from a kind of potato called "Konnyaku potato" and is served with spicy mustard!   The Konnyaku potato is native to Indonesia and is a kind of herbaceous perennial plant called "Amorphophallus Konjac"(K. Koch). Konnyaku potatoes are cultivated for food only in Japan, but wild forms grow naturally in Southeast Asia and China.
