Varieties of Landscapes

One of the treasures I experience when I am in a place (here at home or travelling) is seeing the different landscapes--rich green plant life, or dry bleak desert, a combination of both, or something else.

So here are three photos of landscapes. These are my photos from three years ago as part of a driving vacation through the western US.

First is The Badlands National Park in the state of South Dakota.

Looks like its name.

In the second photo we are beginning to leave the Badlands.

This photo was taken as we drove west from The Badlands toward a wildlife park called Bear Country USA. It is a drive-through park and one can see different breeds of wolves, many types of deer, some buffalo, foxes.

The first one is from Madeira, i just posted about madeira with a couple of more pics.

The other ones are from Geres, is in the north of Portugal , district of Braga, i will post about it in a near future, but that´s for sure a place to visit 😉
