Nice, @Julien44 is back at last with a great topic and nice photos.
Great post mon frere!
Did you use a car to go there or by plane directly? I am interested in Croatian roads. Is it fine to go with a car?

Wow @Julien44
Yes indeed, Croatia is a wonderful country, very close to my home. Adding some comments for people that doesn't know Croatia.
Dubrovnik is worldwide know, because is one of the set of "Game of Thrones", the series.
Split, probably the most know city of the south side of Croatia
Zadar (did you missed Zadar?) Is a wonderful small town on the Adriatic sea.
Pula, just at the end of the Istrian peninsula, great port
Rovinj, 2.5 hours to my home, small town where I spent a lot of time, working for one of my customers.
All the cities was part, on the past, of the Republic of Venice. Didn't you noticed the "Saint Marc" lion on the gates of the town's?

Thank you @AlejandraMaria for your nices words.
Hi @GeorgesHR and also thank you.
We took plane from Paris to Dubrovnik, boat from Dubrovnik to Pomena, boat from Pomena to Split. We rented a car in Split and drove to Sibenik, Omis, Pula, Rovinj. At the end, we took a plane from Pula to Paris. Road are excellent and very safe. There is no worries at all to go and to use your car in Croatia.
Hi @LucioV, I hope you are doing fine. You are welcome and thanks for your comments.
Hi @ErmesT,
Yes, we missed Zadar. Unfortunatly, we had to make some choices!
It is a pity, we didn't notice the "Saint marc" lions...grrrrrr
It will give us an excuse to go back 😉
Thanks for adding your comments!
So, once again, thank you all.
It is always appreciated and motivating!

@Julien44, I have had friends who have visited Croatia 10+ years ago and talked about how great the country is - food, people, weather (in particular summer), inexpensive relative to other parts of Europe.
Seeing your photos and reading your recap made me feel like I was with you, especially that Cities Directions post (I've been to both Hawaii and, of course, San Francisco). Thanks for the "visual" mini-vacation, I needed this!
All that are the links to the places you stayed at missing, and, of course, the food, wine, beer photos!
Thanks for tagging me.
Cheers,
Karen
