I LOVE INDIAN FOOD and I'm so glad to find this thread!!! One of my favourites is Appam! I always eat it with orange sugar (Is there a proper term for this? Please let me know!). Where I live it's difficult to find an Indian restaurant that offers appams, unfortunately.
What are the some South Indian (or North) dishes that I MUST try? I find myself ordering the same few dishes when I go for Indian food. Surprise me! 😄
