蒸し料理ですね。

お湯で煮ると流れ出す栄養分を蒸すことで無駄なくいただけ、高温で焼くよりも１００度で熱を通すことで栄養成分が壊れるのを防いでくれます。

また、焼け焦げるのを防ぐことで風味を保つ健康的な調理方法としても有名ですね。

シンプルで素材の味を壊さない美味しい食べ方。
