The sun sets on Mengrai Festival.
With the festival over for another year, canopy structures are being dismantled. See the results of 10 days man -vs- nature. And this a mere smalls percentage of what was left behind - think half the length of an airport runway and 3 times as wide, then you're on the right track with scale.

Great tips, @Anonymous. I confess that I only have my camera (or tablet) phone. I always swear I will be taking photos, and then I too often forget completely to take out my phone. I would be indeed hopeless if I had an actual camera to remember to use.
But I swear I will practice more on my next trip (to the other side of my world next month).

@Hilongo Do not criticize your camera 🙂 That is indeed a beautiful photo of sunset. The colors are grand.

Thanks @MarieP ... I'll get a better one soon, so I expect my photos will be greatly improved! 😄

@Anonymous Two different suns in two separate photos! Incredible.
Beautiful. Thank you so much for sharing.

A hint of setting sun pushes through this convoluted tapestry of nature.
Scenes like this feed my insatiable, erm... cloud-aholic-ism???

Les comparto una foto que saque desde el avión mientras cruzaba la cordillera de los Andes desde Santiago de Chile a Buenos Aires.

Here is my attempt at adding a sunrise photo. I know the sun is not there, but I was fascinated by the clouds with the redness. I will keep my eyes open for a different sunrise photo.
