EDIT by the author: The original idea of this post was to post in here "Flowers - With Five Petals Only" - This explain why most of the Flowers that you will find here have Five Petals. Today, September 10, 2018, (18 months later) after a huge and for me unexpected number of contributions (thanks to everyone) I took the decision to change the name to the actual one, for every Local Guide to feel free to post flowers in here.
Please, tell us where you took the picture. In this way, you will help everyone to learn the beauty of our planet.
Ermes
Can you help me to confirm this theory?

Hi @ErmesT, though I am not a biology expert but I red about Fibonacci numbers in intermediate level. On the basis of this 5 is common and 6 is not included in this list. So I think 5 was always common. In my place also it happens to be 5. I don't think that its a mutation. Congratulations to you both for this meeting after a long interval. 🙂

@BishowvijayaP, @LynnWrayD, thanks a lot for your fantastic contributions. This topic is becoming a beautiful garden of flowers from everywhere in the world.
Of course I was just joking to writing about mutation e Nobel Prize. But it is true that, in my mind, I never realize that the common number for petals of flowers is five, not six.

I can't tell if these flowers have 5 petals... anyone?
What an interesting discovery, @ErmesT. Now you are making me curious! I'll be taking long looks at flowers after reading this post.

@ErmesT I managed to capture on video moth. It is dlouhozobka svízelová (Macroglossum stellatarum). She likes flowers with five petals.
