In my little knowldge

Vegan 

No animal products even yogurt , cheese or oils gelatin from animal source , so they eat just vegetables ,

No any animal products ,

Gluten 

Type of proteins found in cereals 

And maybe makes some allergies or side effects for some people ,

For me it's ok I can go vegan and gluten free for 30 mins daily 😁
