Okay, I add some information.

Most of them are fish meat. In addition to them,  it includes fish eggs, shrimps, and shell. Some of them are vegetables. Upper left is Kappa-maki (Cucumber roll). 

And green something that right side is Umibudo (Seagrape). It has interesting texture and teste. Of course I like it too:-)

This restaurant is high class, isn't this?  The dish is beautiful and looks yummy for me:-)

One other things could you give details explanation about wasabi, the green sausage.

What is that ?

I have been try it but it feel like something stubbing my upper mouth to the brain.It taste spicy but not spicy.

Hi, @BudiFXW I see!

Wasabi is a spice for Sushi or Sashimi. Japanese cooks use it for a sauce for a stake as well. Do you know this?

Have you been tried a height quality one? A good Wasabi is going to give you spicy and clear taste and a bit of sweetness. If there is a good Wasabi along with Sashimi, sometimes I eat a little bit it directly.

Fortunately, my region is near a famous Wasabi producing area, if you come to Japan, I'll show it to you 🙂

The soft drink bottle.

I miss it very much, the glass bottled and metal sheet cap, love the sound when the metal cap falling down on the floors

the glass bottled soft drink  now rarely can find in my country.

Now they bottled in plastic bottle with a red plastic cap.
