haha @ValeriaA_, @santiagoirale, Bice is "demasiado caro", I have been there only because I was in a run, and I had my daily reimbursements for the food (I was working in Merlo, 7 day per week, 14 hours per day).

Campo de Fiori (that is the name of a famous square in Rome) is really an "old style" Italian restaurant, they prepare the Fresh Made Pasta in a room, and from your table you can see them through a big window.

If you want to try a wonderful pizza from Treviso, try Piola. I was a guest in there, they asked me to compare their pizza with the original one. Funny

Let say that working in a foreign country, more than being a tourist, helps a lot in become a local, in have normal relations with normal people, in normal places.

I was very fortunate with this, having the opportunity to be paid for traveling.
