Hi @ErmesT I managed to find out what it is. It's a single-celled organism, Tubifera ferruginosa.

Hi @MarieP In the Czech Republic there are several traditional ways. One is mixed mushrooms with eggs, Name of the dish I do not know how to translate. Czech "smaženice". Another way is fried in breadcrumbs. Another way is mushroom soup. Some mushrooms dried and added to food in the winter as a spice.
