It's a awesome and well maintained Station and very clean station. Structure Is too good and beautiful.

Headquarters of the Central Railways. Delight to watch under night lights. Building architecture is of Victorian Gothic style. 18 platforms all total. Platforms 1-7 are for local trains and Platform 8-18 are for long route trains. Air-conditioned dormitories available, 58 (Male) & 20 (Female) beds. One of the busiest Station in the country it's looks very vert beautiful.Its a historic railway station & UNESCO World Heritage Site (130 years old). Headquarters of the Central Railways.
