uploading 360 degree images

Can we upload 360 degree photos in our local guide profile and earn points.

Yes you can upload on Google Maps and earn points.

@RandomCircle Welcome !  Two ways that I know of for uploading 360s are 1) through the StreetView app on your phone and 2) via Google Maps on your computer.  You can see a screenshot below of a point of interest with the option for adding a photo highlighted.
