Unable to upload 360 degree photos taken from recoh theta v

We bought a Ricoh Theta Camera, the model is Ricoh Theta V.

All pictures that I try to upload on Google Street View App are refused, they are saying that "Unable to import photos. The image size should be at least 3840x1920". But actually, the image size that we are trying to upload is 5376x 2688.

Note: Make sure the firmware on the Theta V has been updated to 1.10.1 or later. If prompted, follow the manufacturer's instructions to update your camera's firmware.

1. To turn the camera on, tap the power button on the side.
2. Make sure the camera is fully charged.
3. Turn on Wi-Fi. You should see a blue Wi-Fi icon on the front of the camera. If you don’t see the icon, press the Wi-Fi button on the side of the camera.
4. Make sure your phone is fully charged.
5. On your phone, open the Settings app.
6. Connect your phone to the 360 camera's Wi-Fi network (which will end in ".OSC"). The default password is the full set of numbers after the uppercase letters on the network.
7. Open the Google Street View app .
8. In the Street View app, choose a capture mode (Interval or Auto).
9. When the phone is connected to the camera, you’ll see a blue linked camera .

I just want to know if you have done this.
