Publication issue of GSVT on Google Search

Dear GSVT Community and Google team,

I'm meeting an issue with GSVT publication. For G+L and Maps it's ok, but not on Google Search, no mention of photo GSVT.

I've had no problem until this publication : https://goo.gl/YJu2D8 on Maps & this situation on Search without 360° for the same shop and after 24h waiting : https://goo.gl/AdQVXR 

How to resolve this issue? Because no more possibility with GSVT help forum!

Hi @Jean-IgnaceBE the knowledge graph for Google Search is being subject to redesign.

The feature you were referring to was the old "seeinside" and this is dismissed.

I can find the 360 virtual tour of this place if i search in google: Kochi Aidad tallinn estonia

 And then you can enter the tour clicking on 360 view tab:

As workaround, if you are the manager of MyBusiness for this venue, you could use post function to add a VT homemade seeinside as in this example:

but this Post is only for 1 week,...

So it's not enough for the customer.

And have you seen that for some business, when you clic on "See photos", you stay on Google Search & Images, and do not see anymore the pictures we have upload on Maps and Google MyBusiness,... !

What are the solutions, because the customers are not happy with this.
