What should be the best feature of camera and quality of photos which use for Google map?

I don't think photo and camera quality is the key issue for google maps.

The key issue is whether the content of the photo can represent the feature of the place or not.

Nice lens (wide and fast, that means low f number, i.e. f2.8 constant).

Low noise at high ISO (let's say, usable at 3200 ISO).
