It happens sometimes, due probably to an update of the database.
If you do a search you will find a lot of old post about this issue. Don't spend time reading all, just go to the end of every topic and you will see that, oh a few hours / days all the points are back.
So enjoy mapping and wait a bit. It is not a real problem
Dear @Thiyagba, thanks for being here in connect for the very first time. Welcome to connect. Can you share with us your experience about the drops of point? It seems you have a big experience about it, so I'm curious to know.
In my personal and very small experience I can say that this is at least the third time that this happened. Every time there are a lot of post of complain than, when the point are restored, a lot of silence.
