Known issue: "Available for hire" option on SV app

I haven’t receive the invitation, I checked junk/spam folder and not luck. I did uninstall the app couple times and tried in different devices but still not be able to switch to available for hire. I done this every other week from 3 months ago. I hope to get the email soon. I signed up on 2016, but then everything changed.  Thank you

I did a test on other gmail account and it shows me to access local guide connect when I switch the Hire option. Is there a way to reset my email, the only form I did fill out was on January 2016. If I can be allow to transfer to a new email the Tours please let me know, so I can receive the new form.
