I am not able to move a photo to where it should be
In a remote area of a National Forest I cannot move my photo to the right spot along a road (with a dangerous curve). I also cannot edit/change the name of the photo.

@DW11 If you are shooting a standard photo my experience so far is you are linking the photo to an established entity listing on Google Maps. Google has already determined the location. So the photos show on that list. Google has discontinued map make where you could make edits to the map. The other option is if you shoot 360 view pictures you can geolocate pictures on the map or make Streetview sequences. On that app, you can position where you want to use GPS coordinates or click and drag. Still, you need to start with an map entity. If I understand it correctly you are trying to make available information to warn about a curve. The second question is will the users find it?
