In order to receive Street View Photographer badge, you will need to upload at least 50 Google Street View approved 360 spherephotos onto Street View.

When you’ve reached fifty published 360 photos, you will get a Trusted badge. 

Please visit https://www.google.com/intl/en/streetview/earn/
