How to Upload a photo in Local Guide with out resize

Just I tried a trick for this. I have 2 mobile's and  i sent my photos in whatsapp from my first Mobil to second Mobil. Its automatically resized. So i have no problem to upload my photos in spot with out resize.

Can i do like this? Is there any deviation local guide terms conditions
