How can we add 360 degrees photos of one building ,one photo for each floor

You can upload 360 degrees photos with Street View App(both iOS and Android smartphone). If you have large amounts of imageries, I recommend you to use the third-party desktop tools.

Using street view app you can do that 

First add all the 360 photos of that place 

Name the 360 photos floor wise 

Then using "move and connect" option you connect photos in order 

Done

I believe "Levels" is currently supported in the Street View API, and that some of the 3rd party editors support this feature (I use Panoskin, and I know they said they do) - BUT - I do not think that the Street View app has implemented it. I read a lot about levels should be added, but I have never seen any target dates mentioned, so I wouldn't even guess (or make customers any promises) until I see a formal announcement. Most of this discussion seems to be held on the "Street View Trusted" forum that I think, as level 7, you should have access to.
