there is no option to do floors.
you can do it as islands , where each floor has its own island with it's nodes all connected

so why when i in Google street view for building, there is in the right numbers of Floors 😉

The ones on google were done by Google Trusted Photographers , they had a desktop editor that allowed them to add the tours with floors . This desktop editor is ceasing on 31 march and they will only be able to add tours via the streetview app which is how you can add a 360 view. it doesn't have the function for floors at the moment.
