What happens when we send Feedback on problems with photos eg Wrong place, Spam etc. ?

Hi @Vinvan,
When someone reports a problem on Google Maps, an email is automatically sent to a team of specialists. They will check if it violates any policies and take any appropriate action. The review sometimes takes time as the team is careful to only remove content that violates specific policies. I hope that answers your question. Thanks!
See you around.

Hi @NadyaPN
A suggestion : the system (algorithm?) should track feedback on photos and then automatically remove pics that have serious ( obscene etc) or repeated ( eg Spam , poor quality ).
There shoukd also be a ”like” or “good pic” positive feedback and these should be prioritized.
“Natural selection” of the better to evolve to the best set of photos for a POI.

This has actually been suggested several times in the Feature request section. In my opinion, it's a good idea and should be implemented (just as "voting" for reviews have)

Since the "team of experts" review can take months how about any image tagged as inappropriate by a local guide is automatically removed. Experts can then put it back in circulation at their convenience.

Thank you for your feedback. As @Csaba suggested similar ideas have already been submitted in the Feedback and Feature Requests board. We appreciate your feedback and it is consistently reviewed and sent to the respective teams. If you have any other ideas for improvement and/or feature requests please feel free to post them in the above mentioned board. Make sure you read this topic before doing so.
Thanks again!
See you around.

Hi @Vinvan, maybe there's some good news about this feature already? Have a look at this topic:
(I'm not sure how it'd work - I do not see this feature - yet.)
