Hello,
Usually go with mtb bike through routes that are lost in the middle of the mountains and are not yet mapped on street view.
I would like to put a 360 cam on my helmet and let the street view app capture a still each 3 meters and send it to google in order to have that part mapped.
Wandering by this forum I got an Idea that a cheap option is samsung 360 ( the 2016 one not the 2017 one ). But I have an Iphone which on other places i've seen that it is incompatible with ios. Furthermore there seems to that the only way to do what I want is to earn the trusted badge.
Please could somebody tell me if the assumptions that I made myself and reading this forum are correct:
- With a samsung 360 (2016) or a LG 360 I can use the street view app to capture routes automatically without having to press "record" every 3 meters.
- To do the automatic route capture it is mandatory to have the trusted badge.
- If I have no 3g coverage ( which will happen on the middle of the mountain ) the photos will be sent after when i have the connectivity.
- If i have ios samsung 360 2016 is not an option, i should use LG 360
- Samsung 360 2017 is not compatible with SV
Thank you very much
