360 ° Photos

Hi Local Guides,

Thinking about something new like uploading of 360 degree view photo of newer or older places.

Which camera will be convenient for me for 360 degree photos.

Please let me know if you have any suggestion.

Thank you.

There should be a new list of certified 360 cameras fairly soon. If not entirely urgent, do wait until then.

If you must buy something now, one highly recommended camera will be the newest Ricoh Theta V (which should support some new integrations and also 4K video recording). (The previous generation Ricoh Theta S was probably the most popular and capable camera previous year/s).

At the moment, the older list shows previous generation cameras will probably is not worth investing at the moment unless you get a super good deal/discount.

Read the press release about Ricoh Theta V (from Ricoh)

@azizsheq

If you are going to upload 360 photos on map then try street view app for the same. Make sure you have 14mp+ camera.

You can also check the link mention below if you are thinking to purchase camera.
