We have exciting news for Local Guides on iOS: one of your most-requested features just went live! Now you can uncover missing info on Google Maps.
Here’s how it works:
Open Google Maps for iOS
Go to Your contributions
Tap Uncover missing info
Caption: Three mobile phones: the first displaying the “Uncover missing info” section under “Your contributions”, the second displaying the “Uncover missing info” welcome screen, and the third displaying a business and questions to answer in order to add missing information.
You’ll see nearby places that need your help. Tap each one to see what it’s missing. You’ll be able to add a phone number, website, or category, then move on to next place. It’s a great way to see where your knowledge can help others—not to mention a fast, fun way to earn Local Guides points.
