I work at the Catholic Archdiocese of Edmonton and we have many properties (churches, cemeteries, land, etc) across Central Alberta. I've had no issue adding/editing with large urban centres like Edmonton or Red Deer, but for some places, they've been rejected or not looked at for well over a month. Edmonton locations receive attention to additions/edits sometimes within the same minute.
One such example where we're desperately trying correct an error is Our Lady of Seven Sorrows Church in Mascwacis (Hobbema), Alberta. The church on Google Maps is a 10 km drive away (6.92 actual km) from the actual location of the church, located in Mascwacis itself. There's dozens more properties we're having trouble getting approved on maps even though we painstaking drove to these locations to ensure they are where we placed them on the map. How do I go abouts getting these adds/edits approved?
There's also the issue with ghost towns like New Kiev, Alberta. One of our churches/cemeteries are located there, and since the ghost town isn't mapped, it's not approved.

SolutionHi there,
Your best option, in my opinion, is to actually set all these locations up in Google my Business so you can manage them.
This help centre article explains more about managing 10 or more locations. https://goo.gl/ofx9V4.
