Trying to teach Google the correct name of the street... this baby's stubborn :)

I have a school I am trying to correct their listing. The correct display of the address should be 

1609 Village Market Blvd SE STE 100, Leesburg, VA 20175

When I "suggest an edit," Google lets me enter in the correct address listed about, but then it changes the address ever so slightly to

1609 Village Market Boulevard Southeast STE 100, Leesburg, VA 20175, USA

For some reason, it keeps changing SE to Southeast, and Blvd to Boulevard. The locals know the Blvd SE use is correct, now we are just trying to teach Google as well. Any suggestions on how to get this fixed? Help is appreciated.
