TOO MANY EDITS PENDING

I want to know that How GOOGLE decides whether the data we have provided is correct or incorrect.

 

Because I know more about the places in my city more than GOOGLE, so how to let Google know that my EDIT to any place 100 % Accurate.

 

If Google doesn't apply the changes than what is the meaning of our effort to provide Info to google.
