Road name approvals

During the past year I've named probably close to 2000 (there is nowhere I can see the real number) roads in Lithuania. Unfortunately only a around 10-20 of those were approved (I received an email regarding that). With these approval speeds I feel a very huge demotivation to continue working. What is the reason those approvals take so much time? I understand that their employees can't review every pending edit, but why they are not working (well, unless they are not telling us) on solutions to that (like Regional Leads etc.)?

 That is disappointing sometimes.  Try to input everything in the form when you add the place. Reading Why-is-my-edit-status-Pending-or-Not-Applied/m-p/264945 by a moderator can help you.

@ZekariasT When adding road name the best thing I can do is add link to another map program (like OSM) to prove that I am adding an existing road name. But that still will require moderator to check the edit and approve it. However if that would help, I can really do that.
