There was a major fire in a tower block this week and LGs have started adding images which are not their own - either copyright photos from other sources or screenshots

Using the normal 'Report a problem' route, it is possible to select the 'Copyright' radio button, however that results in the following page being thrown up:
https://support.google.com/legal/troubleshooter/1114905?rd=1#ts=1115658%2C1115689%2C2364966
That page seems to be intended so that the copyright holder can file a report. How can a third party with no personal legal position report copyright images?
@GusMoreira can you help getting the listings above cleaned up, this fire is in the news and the listings will be receiving a lot of attention

Yes, i noticed this thing too, and i think it's by design; only copyright owner are entitled to claim their right usually.
Anyway, could be useful for everyone!
