Reach in Rural INDIA

This is required vary much. India is a big country with less cities more towns and much more villages. Rural population still not having much smart phones and do not have knowledge and insite of mapping their world. It's time to make them aware so that every track comes on the map. Can we have other technology which can help by incorporating. Any suggestions ?

I am a forest officer from India. I know the backwardness of the people living in the remote areas of the country. Google map has gone a long way, you can be an optimist expect that Google Assistant who can speak and listen to the languages other than English. I am waiting for the adaptations from Google. Because Google is the only platform having both the technical and financial supremacy.
