Railroad tracks

There are a set of railroad tracks missing from maps. How do I go about getting it added?

Till March 2017 http://mapmaker.google.com/ will be the place where you can add roads and other important stuff to Google Maps. 

It will be approved by other active users and then added to the map. Dependent on your level this process might speed up the higher you get.

As Google said, they want to close this service and move it completely to the Google Maps App
