I noticed this feature minutes ago on the support site for Maps:
https://support.google.com/maps/answer/7047426
The help article begins, "Plus Codes work just like street addresses. When an address isn’t available, you can use a plus code to find or share a place on Google Maps, like your home or business..."
Please read the article for details about to use them, or how to create them.
Does anyone have a personal example of using these codes where they do not have a proper street address on Google Maps?
Were you happy with the result?
What are the limitation or drawbacks for this feature?

Hi @sputnikjim you cannot use +codes in the address fields when adding missing places, so this is not useful for our necessities, i think.
It's something useful when you want to share a PIN and you don't want to copy and past coordinates.
