Hi there,
I have taken few pictures for a shop, and the pics are pointing to the wrong direction and not showing first at the photos in the google search.
I have changed them around the google street view APP but it is not saving.
Thanks

Those pics are under the LG name Crux Development, is that you too, are you working as a paid SVT photographer on that account?

As you can see here: https://support.google.com/business/answer/6103862
"Google determines which photo will be shown first using a number of factors, like how well the photo represents the services or products the business offers. Pictures of food at a restaurant, for example, tend to rate well. Although your first photo preference is taken into account, there’s no guarantee that your preferred photo will be the first photo on Google."
So, even owner has no control which image should be displayed first (in Google Search or in Maps). Sometimes it's Street View image published by photographer, or taken by SV car, sometimes image chosen by owner, sometimes image chosen by Google algorithms from SV, Local Guides images, owner images or from www connected to POI or even form some other www.
Regards,
Jacek

That makes sense, I will talk w/ the owner and try change it at his account.
But the point was, the photos are pointing to the street and not to the shop or their menu 😞
thanks for ur reply

@RafaelD since you run two Local Guide accounts at the same time both as yourself https://www.google.com/maps/contrib/103899080296309932231/reviews/ and as Crux Development https://www.google.com/maps/contrib/115661445999010370303/reviews/ you should be aware that reviewing a place you have been paid to photograph is a conflict of interest and a Google content policy violation
