One Business is closed, but it is returned in searches for a Second business that's still open

I can't change the name, because the business is marked as "closed" and so the only edit option is to suggest it be "un-closed."   The problem arises that Google search results for the open business return results for the closed business with the wrong name.

Progressive Farms IS in business on N. Kerr Ave, it was never on Oleander Drive.

Progressive Gardens is OUT of business, and was on Oleander Drive.

A google search for "Progressive Gardens" shows "Progressive Farms" as being on Oleander Drive and as being permanently closed.

 

Talked to business owner(s), they couldn't figure out how to change this either. 

I say "owner(s)" because some of the same owners are/were involved in both, but they are distinct businesses and business types - retail vs agricultural.

So I haven't seen any replies.  My options seem to be:

1)  un-close, edit, and reclose  

2)  un-close and move the location, then new POI for the old closed business (if that's even necessary).
