No points for verified edits

Hello everyone! I’ve been experiencing some issue with my local guides points. I’ve made several edits, answered questions and added photo previous month. I’ve seen my points adding for photos and answers but my edit points are not being added even after receiving verification of edits and their publishing via email. Is this some common glitch or is it just me?

kindly do tell if anyone knows how to solve this problem. Thanks!!

Hi @Dr_M_Hassaan_Amjad, 

• Some points are quite instant (like ratings or reviews),
• some have a couple of hours delay (like photos)
• and some may have several days delay (normally edits and new additions) after they are accepted. 

My points keep fluctuating all the time. Dropping and growing for no apparent reason - but on the long term, they indeed seem to grow along my contributions. So I would not worry too much if I were you. Look at the points only once in a while and only panic if there's an unusual, drastic drop.
