Need help, Un-Closing a Business, then Changing it's name

This is the business

1) I need to un-close it.  

2) Then change the name to "Progressive Gardens"

3) Then re-close it.  

I can't change the name while it's closed.  

And yes, I've edited to re-open, the published email comes to me, but it still shows closed on the live map.

Are there any Moderators that can change the name for a closed place for me?  I have personally confirmed that the name is wrong.  It's important because of disambiguation with a business that is still open under a similar name.

What about helping the owner/manager to claim the business so this could became really easy?

I did contact the owner, and they asked me to help them, as they couldn't do it.

In the end, I re-opened the business.  Waited for it to go live.

Someone else re-closed it.  I re-opened it again.  Waited.

Changed the name.  Waited.

Then closed it.  Waited and confirmed.  

Then I confirmed the new business showing up correctly.  I think problem fixed.

It took about 4 days, but eventually it worked.
