Moderators failing to review changes and additions

I am regional lead, this is exactly same problem every body is facing, moderators are taking long time to review our pending edits. once any of my post goes pending for moderation it makes me sick.

Regional lead cannot help once review goes to google moderation.

I tried reporting the 'stuck' edits requiring moderation through the route suggested, and got a response telling me to go away. So I have now just undone all the (correct) edits, so Google Maps can remain wrong.

Going forward, whenever one of my edits is now routed for review, I will just undo it straight away.

If Google can't be bothered, then neither can I.

If you want to avoid edits being Pending Review by Google Moderator, make sure not to touch those Claimed Businesses.

None of the changes that Google did not bother to moderate were Claimed Businesses. To give a few examples -  

- A new road

- An incorrect road name

- A building that had been demolished

- A duplicate listing of a (non-claimed) business

- A trail incorrectly shown as a road

- Changing a road from condition 'good' to 'bad' - It is not publicly maintained and is full of potholes

And many, many, more.

My level in Mapmaker is 2, so only when my edits are trival like adding business hours will got published automatically.

For edits like Add new Place, Delete Place, Report of Duplicates, all will goto pending Google Moderator approval.

For Linear edits like Road, it will pending Review (by Regional Lead).

When ever I find edits I care enough takes longer than expected and not getting reviewed (1 weeks for RL and 5 weeks for GM), I post then to Mapmaker support forum and usually got helpful response.

For review request following the guide line on how to write an effective review request, I usually see Expert replys with helpful hints, or why the edis need to undo/redo etc.

We have Experts here in Mapping Your World also.  Please share the Mapedit link here, one by one, so that they have a chance to help.

I have had a look in the MapMaker forum, and I can see only 2 requests from you - on neither one were you told to "go away"

The first one had not yet been reviewed, but you had already undone it - if you want it to be reviewed then this is not helpful. (although in this case, renaming a business like that would not be appropriate, so undoing it was the correct course of action, however roundabout a route was used)

The second one, you were given some helpful advice on the titling of your request, some information on tweaks that would need to me made to make your edit publishable, and a request for more information.

If you are not happy with the response recieved, please let me know what can be done to improve it?

I will go through the rest of your pending edits and see if there is anything else left to review.

Edit: Update - I have reviewed all pending edits visible on your profile - 2 were approved, one has been escalated to Google as it appears to have dropped out of the queue, and one will need to be undone as per the comments left.

It was the previous suggestion to use the review requests section of the MapMaker forum  https://productforums.google.com/forum/?utm_medium=email&utm_source=footer#!categories/map-maker/uni... where I was told to "go away" as the forum was not for that purpose.

Thank you for approving the edits, I will now put back in the others that I undid as they had sat there for months/years without being dealt with. If those require moderating I would greatly appreciate if you (or someone else) could do so.
