Map Maker is not available in the Domincan Republic. You can use submit feedback in Google Maps to suggest changes be made to the map. Those requests will be looked at by Google employees.

Yes it is!

All the countries currently available are listed here: https://support.google.com/mapmaker/answer/155415?topic=1094318&hl=en

Please be aware though, that Google has many rules and guidelines for adding places, roads etc. to the map.

A partir del 27 de Abril de 2017 ya puedes modificar o actualizar datos de rutas, calles, avenidas, carreteras, etc. Con la nueva versión de Google Maps para iOS y Android
