Location correction inexplicably denied

I have ~2700 points, i almost always get autoapproved but this edit just won't go through: https://goo.gl/yFV5TT

Editing by maps of course says "Not applied". 

It would be better if the obscure inner workings of maps got more transparent. At least i can tell what i'm doing wrong.

I'm sorry, but no one can assist you with a denied edit.

If you are getting auto-denied on a multi-part edit, please then try each part of the edit one at a time.  This will usually identify the one problem part of the edit.
