Yes, I have experienced that First hand, when I ventured into other areas of city I found myself waiting in wrong places just because of the errors in Bus information.
But then I could only report the issue in unknown places. Though I can see such problems in my locality I am not able to contribute to bring in any change for good.
Well sometimes, we have to accept the reality and agree that we can't do much 🙂
