How to report Maps spam ?

I maybe missing something obvious here, but I have been unable to find any option in the Maps app(Android) or via browser (Chrome) to report a business as spam.

Is there a way to report a spam business/entry using the Maps app or browser?

Hello,

To report a POI as spam:

• Click Suggest an Edit
• Move the slider beside Place is permanently closed or has never existed (wording is slightly different between Maps and the app)
• You can now indicate more detail, including an option of Spam

If a company/person is spamming and also the place is never existed,
which one should be chosen ?

I'm a little bit confused between the choises

1. Spam
2. Never existed
3. Private

Can you please help me unterstanding the differences.

If you know that the company/person is spamming then irrespective weather the place existed before or not, you must mark it as SPAM
